History of Establishment

Tay An Law Limited Liability Company was established under Operating Registration No.45.02.00.62/TP/ĐKHĐ issued by the Department of Justice of Tay Ninh Province on October 12, 2020 . Throughout its development journey, Tay An Law has continuously affirmed its position as a reputable law practice in Tay Ninh Province and neighboring areas.

With a solid foundation of expertise and a strong sense of responsibility, the team of lawyers at Tay An Law is steadily expanding the scope of its operations and enhancing the quality of legal services to meet the diverse needs of clients.

On June 1, 2025, Tay An Law launched a new law office at 262 Ly Thuong Kiet Street, Quarter 4, Long Hoa Ward, Hoa Thanh Town, Tay Ninh Provincemarking a new milestone in the firm’s expansion journey and creating favorable conditions for clients to access highquality legal services.

Litigation Representation

Representing and protecting clients’ legitimate rights and interests in civil, criminal, administrative, family & marriage, labor, land, and commercial cases before courts and commercial arbitration centers.

Legal Consultancy

Accompanying clients in resolving legal issues: reviewing and drafting contracts, advising on legal compliance, corporate governance, mergers & acquisitions, investment, and other related matters...

Non-Litigation Representation

Acting on behalf of clients to work with state agencies, negotiating and signing contracts, resolving disputes, debt recovery, handling administrative procedures (licensing, registration)

Other Legal Services

Establishment and amendment of business registration. Consultancy on wills, inheritance, gifting, and property transfer. Real estate legal consultancy. Other legal services as required.
